In the year 2000, MAC Knife became a friend of Chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, CA. Over the years we have proudly observed his success and helped provide the highest quality cutlery for him and his chefs. In 2008 we created a special, limited-edition set of knives that reflect what Thomas uses in the kitchen.
